Notes For First-Timers About The Online Service Scheduling System

The online service scheduling system was designed for repeat use and will store vehicle and contact information for logging in and scheduling services repeatedly. Although it is possible to schedule a single service once and never return, the system is designed to store contact information so you can log in easily. For your convenience, it will also store vehicle information so that it doesn't have to be entered each time you visit us.

Step-By-Step Tips To Schedule Service Online

We have organized pointers for each step of the online service scheduling process. Please reference these tips for easy online service scheduling:

  • Logging in – for first-timers, you have the option of signing in with an existing Google account or clicking the box labeled - make year model – toward the bottom of the page. If you have used the system before, you can also log in using the Google option or sign in using a previously used phone number or email address.
  • Vehicle information – first-timers will enter the vehicle details needed, including the make, year, model, transmission, drive type, trim, engine type, and engine size. You can also enter the vehicle’s mileage.
  • Services – select the service needed from the list of maintenance packages and individual services provided. If you do not see what service is needed, please enter a description of what you need in the open comment box toward the bottom of the page.
  • Transportation – based on the service selected, you will be given options about transportation to the service, loaner vehicle availability, and securing a rental. You will choose your transportation needs while we complete the service at this step.
  • Appointment – select the appointment day and time from the options calendar and list of times provided. You can also select if you have a preferred advisor.
  • Review – enter contact information as needed, select if you want reminders and updates via text or email, if you want a return call, and enter any additional comments. Review all of the details for accuracy and book your service.
